These terms apply to your use of the Ten Square AI Sky Photobooth experience, including selfie capture, AI avatar generation, gallery viewing, downloads, sharing, and optional billboard submission.

Consent To Participate

• You confirm that you are participating voluntarily and that you understand the experience uses your selfie to create AI-generated avatar images.
• You should only use the photobooth if you are comfortable with your selfie being processed by the systems required to generate the avatar output.
• If you are using the experience on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorised adult and that you accept these terms on their behalf.

Selfie And Image Rights

• You must only upload or capture images of yourself, or images that you have clear permission to use.
• You must not submit images of another person without their permission.
• You are responsible for making sure your selfie and generated images do not infringe any third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or venue rules.
• You grant Ten Square and its authorised service providers permission to process your submitted selfie and generated avatar images for the purpose of operating this photobooth experience.

AI Processing

• Your selfie may be sent to third-party AI services to generate the selected avatar style.
• AI outputs are automatically generated and may not perfectly match your face, outfit, identity, pose, or selected theme.
• Generated images may contain creative variations, visual artefacts, distortions, or unexpected details.
• Ten Square does not guarantee that any generated image will be accurate, suitable, or available at all times.

Gallery, Download, And Sharing

• Generated images may be stored locally on the device or browser used to access the experience, so clearing browser data may remove the local gallery.
• Downloads and shares are provided for personal use unless Ten Square states otherwise.
• You are responsible for how you share generated images outside this experience, including on social media or messaging platforms.

Billboard Submission

• Submitting an image to the billboard queue does not guarantee that the image will be displayed.
• Ten Square may review, approve, reject, crop, resize, delay, or remove any submitted image at its sole discretion.
• Images may be refused if they are unsafe, offensive, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, politically sensitive, commercially inappropriate, or not suitable for a public venue.
• Images may also be refused if they compromise, breach, or appear to conflict with IMDA guidelines, venue requirements, campaign rules, or applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
• Billboard submissions are currently intended for the daily submission window of 12am to 3pm. Submissions after 3pm may be displayed the next available day instead.
• Display timings are estimates and may change due to operational requirements, technical issues, event programming, maintenance, or venue decisions.

Prohibited Content

• You must not submit content involving nudity, sexual content, violence, harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, self-harm, weapons, drugs, private information, or content that targets protected groups.
• You must not submit content that impersonates another person, misuses a public figure's likeness, includes unauthorised branding, or attempts to deceive viewers.
• You must not attempt to bypass moderation, tamper with the service, overload the system, or use the photobooth in a way that disrupts other guests.

Data Handling

• Your selfie, generated images, display name, submission time, selected theme, and related technical data may be processed to operate the experience, troubleshoot issues, moderate submissions, and manage the billboard queue.
• Where Google Drive, Cloudflare, Replicate, or other service providers are used, your data may be processed by those providers according to their own security and data processing practices.
• Ten Square will aim to keep operational data only for as long as reasonably needed for the photobooth, moderation, support, audit, or campaign reporting purposes.

Service Availability

• The photobooth may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted due to network issues, camera permissions, device limitations, browser restrictions, AI service downtime, payment service downtime, or other technical reasons.
• Ten Square may update, pause, restrict, or end the experience at any time without prior notice.

Payments And Credits

• If paid credits, add-ons, or payment features are introduced, pricing, credit value, expiry rules, refund rules, and usage limits will be shown before purchase where applicable.
• Payment completion does not guarantee that a generated or submitted image will be approved for billboard display.
• Any future payment flow may be subject to additional terms from the payment provider.

Liability

• The experience is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ten Square is not responsible for indirect losses, technical failures, loss of data, rejected submissions, delayed displays, or user misuse of generated images.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Acceptance

• By ticking the consent boxes and continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
• These terms may be replaced or refined by Ten Square's final official legal terms before public launch.
